Return & Shipping Policy

Mesa Diamond, ("we" and "us") is manufacturer and supplier of diamond products.We are the operator of (www.mesadiamondproducts.com) website.By placing an order through our website or any online shopping platform, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

  1. General Stock Information

Stock availability is subject to change. We make every effort to keep our stock counts accurate on our website, but there may be a stock discrepancy from time to time, and we may not be able to fulfill all of your orders at the time of purchase. In this case, we will specify the available products to you and contact you to determine what you would like to do.

We provide free shipping opportunity.

  1. Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind or Mistake

Mesa Diamond will gladly accept returns for change of mind as long as the request is made within 30 days of receiving the item and the item is returned to us in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be at the customer's expense, and they will be required to make their own shipping arrangements.

Once we receive the products, return examination process will start. After returns are accepted, refunds will be processed to you as the same payment method used when purchasing. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of given your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Mesa Diamond will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

 

3.2 Warranty Returns

Mesa Diamond will gladly honor any valid warranty claims if they are submitted within 60 days of receiving the merchandise. Customers will be required to pay for return shipping up front, but we will reimburse you if your warranty claim is successful.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Mesa Diamond to process your warranty claim within 7 days.Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund credit for purchasing in Mesa Diamond

(c) a replacement item can be sent to you (if stock is available)


  1. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 - 7 business days depending on location.

4.2 Transit Time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 5-15 business days. This varies a lot depending on your location and which courier you choose. When you select your courier at checkout, we will be able to provide a more precise estimate. Placed orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of the next business day.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during regular business hours, with the exception of national holidays, when it is closed. We take steps to ensure that shipment delays are kept to a minimum in these situations.

4.3 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.4 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will send the in-stock items first and then the out-of-stock items when they become available.

4.5 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Upon dispatch, customers will be notified about each step of their shipment progress based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. Also customers will be able to follow those steps on our website by using their account.

  1. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer service as soon as possible. If you were not present when the package was delivered, please contact customer service for instructions.

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes that must be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and we strongly advise you to be aware of these costs before placing an order with us.If you refuse to pay duties and taxes when you arrive in your destination country, the goods will be returned to undefined at the expense of the customer, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of return shipping. The initial shipping cost will not be reimbursed.

  1. Cancellations

We can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched if you change your mind before receiving your order.

  1. Insurance

Parcels are insured against loss and damage up to the courier's stated value.

9.1 Process for if parcel damaged in-transit

As soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim, we are going to process a refund or replacement.

As soon as the courier has completed an investigation and determined that the parcel is lost, we will process a refund or replacement.
