Why Blade Diagnosis Protects Your Cost-Per-Cut

Cost-per-cut is not the price of the blade divided by cuts. It is the price of the blade plus wasted labor, fuel, downtime, and the cuts you scrapped because the blade wandered. A glazed blade that limps through a job burns machine hours and operator patience while producing fewer feet. A blade pulled early because it "felt done" throws away paid-for diamond. The Root Cause Is Usually the Match, Not the Blade
