The HSV series is Mesa Diamond's premium diamond wire for pure steel and heavy reinforced concrete.
It is produced with vacuum brazed diamond beads on a 4.8 mm steel cable, with a 10 mm bead diameter and a bead density of 44 beads per meter. The higher bead count spreads the load over more cutting points, which keeps the wire stable in dense steel and extends service life compared to lower bead-count wires.
The rubber coating is applied over the full length of the wire to protect the cable, hold the bead spacing under tension and keep the wire running quietly on the pulleys.
More beads on the wire means more cutting points in the material — and a longer working life on every job.
