Mesa Diamond ("we", "our", or "us") is a manufacturer and supplier of diamond products and the operator of the website www.mesadiamond.com.
By placing an order through our website or any affiliated online shopping platform, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are in place to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon our services, helping to establish clear expectations and mutual protection.


1. General Stock Information

Stock availability is subject to change. While we strive to keep our inventory accurate, discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we will inform you of the available products and contact you to determine how you wish to proceed with your order.


2. Shipping Costs

We currently offer free shipping on all orders.


3. Returns

3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind or Mistake

Mesa Diamond accepts returns for change of mind or customer error if the return request is made within 30 days of receiving the product. Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and must be arranged by the customer.

Once the return is received, we will begin the inspection process. If approved, your refund will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.

Refund processing timeline:
Please allow up to two weeks for your refund, including:

  • 5–10 business days: transit time for your return

  • 3–5 business days: internal processing

  • 5–10 business days: your bank’s processing time

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3.2 Warranty Returns

We honor valid warranty claims submitted within 60 days of product receipt.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs upfront

  • If the claim is approved, return shipping costs will be reimbursed

Warranty claims are reviewed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. If approved, you may choose one of the following:

  • (a) Refund to your original payment method

  • (b) Store credit for future purchases

  • (c) Replacement item (subject to stock availability)


4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Shipping Time

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

4.2 International Shipping Time

International orders are typically delivered within 5–15 business days, depending on your location and the selected courier. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours on the next business day.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

4.3 Change of Delivery Address

Delivery addresses can be changed any time before the order is dispatched.

4.4 Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will ship the available items first. The remaining items will be sent once restocked.

4.5 Delivery Delays

If your delivery exceeds the estimated time, please contact us for assistance and we will investigate promptly.
