The CPS series is Mesa Diamond's sintered-bead solution for the toughest heavy and reinforced concrete cutting jobs. Unlike surface-coated beads, sintered (metal-bond) beads carry diamond grit throughout the entire bead body — as each bead wears, fresh diamond is continuously exposed, so cutting bite and speed stay consistent from the first foot to the last.
Built for heavy concrete demolition, structural cutting, bridge and foundation removal, and large wire-saw work, the CPS wire combines a dense, uniformly spaced bead layout with a heat-resistant rubber coating and a high-tensile core cable. The result is stable, low-vibration cutting through dense concrete and embedded rebar — at the best cost-per-foot in our concrete wire range, which makes it the go-to choice for high-volume, long-run production cutting where operating cost is decisive.
Offered in 10.5 mm and 11.5 mm bead diameters and lengths from 33 ft up to 500 ft, so you can match the wire to your machine, cut depth, and run length.
