Functionality of the start-up aid
- Tension the wire pneumatically
- Position stop approx. 2–3 mm in front of the guide carriage and fasten with the hand lever
- Release wire (control lever on centre position) guide carriage should touch the stop
- Start the wire saw and tension the wire after 1–2 seconds with the pneumatic controller
Disassembly
- Assembly and disassembly of the individual components possible in less than 10 minutes
