The CD400 is a wet diamond core bit for hard coring in concrete, reinforced concrete, masonry and asphalt. It is built for operators who need the bit to bite into dense material quickly and keep the cut open rather than riding on the surface.

The CD400 carries crown segments with deep U-shaped channels cut into the working face. Breaking the cutting face into separate teeth concentrates the load on a smaller contact area for faster penetration into hard concrete, while the open channels give slurry and cuttings a direct path out of the hole. Segments are laser welded to a premium steel body for a joint that survives heavy jobsite use.
