Concrete and Steel Cutting Diamond Wire

Heavy duty diamond wire for reinforced concrete, structural steel, cast iron and titanium, supplied in 10.5mm and 11.5mm bead diameters and spool lengths from 33 ft to 500 ft.

Rebar density drives the choice. Lightly reinforced concrete cuts fastest on a sintered wire, while dense rebar and solid steel need a vacuum brazed bead that will not lose its diamonds against metal. Higher BPM gives a finer, quieter cut; lower BPM cuts faster in clean concrete.
