The CD500 is a wet diamond core bit for hard coring in concrete, reinforced concrete, masonry and asphalt. It sits between a fully open crown and a solid flat face, for work that needs steady tracking without losing flushing in deep holes.

The CD500 carries flat segments with a semicircular notch in the cutting face. The notch interrupts the working face just enough to relieve the cut and let water and slurry pass through the segment, while the remaining flat surface keeps the bit steady and the bore wall clean. Segments are laser welded to a premium steel body for a joint that survives heavy jobsite use.
